TERMS AND CONDITIONS .
1. The following terms and conditions apply when you register an interest to purchase an energy storage device from us. The range of devices is available on Eaton’s official website at http://www.eaton.eu/energystorage.
2. By registering your interest to purchase, you agree to pay a registration fee of £50. This does not however constitute an agreement between you and us to purchase a device.
3. Upon payment of the registration fee, you will receive a voucher with a pre order number that you can print-off. This voucher entitles you to a discount equivalent to the registration fee. You can redeem this voucher when purchasing a device from a registered dealer.
4. We will give you access to a website where you will be able to locate the registered dealer(s) closest to your location and book an onsite visit. Please refer to your pre order number when contacting the registered dealer and show him the voucher to benefit from the discount.
5. Further to this onsite visit, this registered dealer will prepare a detailed cost estimate for you and will supply and install the device at your installation address as per the agreement reached between you and the registered dealer.
6. At regular intervals after payment of the registration fee, we will send you updates about our energy storage devices, including information on when they will be available in your country of residence.
7. The discount will be valid for six (6) months from the date on which we inform you that the devices are available in your country of residence. You will lose the discount if you have not used the voucher within this six (6) month timeframe. In that case, we will donate your registration fee to fund an electrification project in Africa.
8. Personal data which is provided by you when you register an interest to purchase a device will be processed in a database for the purpose of assisting with your purchase. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these terms and conditions or as separately accepted by you. By providing us with any personal information, you consent to such transfer, processing and storage of your personal information. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the data protection regulations that are in effect in your country of residence.
9. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
10. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
